Quality Counts

The quality of your screen wash does matter, a lot!

Is your current screen wash independently certified for quality?

Our screen wash tabs have been independently assessed by DEKRA; approved and certified for quality since 2006 and were re-assessed in 2021 providing current certification into 2022.

The screen wash tabs are manufactured in Germany guaranteeing some of the highest quality standards in the World.

The engineering process is protected by patent, the tabs are made using a range of surfactants and ingredients to enhance the cleaning performance making them ultra-efficient.

All raw materials used in the manufacture are eco-friendly, non-toxic, phosphate free and biodegradable.

What does poor quality screen wash mean for you?

Poor quality screen wash will degrade your wiper blades faster, not be as efficient at removing dead insects/traffic film and other deposits.  This also results in you needing to use far more screen wash to clean the screen.

Over time it has been proven poor quality screen wash can also damage the car paintwork, plastics and seals.  Part of the DEKRA quality assessment protocol is to evidence no damage like this.

Poor quality screen wash also directly impacts the environment too: trucking and distribution uses more diesel, packaging and energy directly affecting air and water/sea pollution.

Chemicals used in the manufacture of low standard screen wash can create a hazard to the water table, rivers, seas and oceans in the way those chemicals are extracted at source and later refined.

We are all becoming increasingly responsible for how we buy products and what impact that can have, screen wash is no different.
